Interim Financial Controller - (ingevulde vacature)

For an international media company based in Amsterdam, we are now recruiting for a fulltime interim financial controller, for the duration of 1 year. In this position you will assist the controlling team in the traditional financial control cycle, but also in the transition within the cycle. You will be challenging the team, evaluating the processes, challenging the current way of work to contribute to this transformation in the financial control cycle.

• You are responsible for ensuring the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the general ledgers, balance sheet and corporate reporting of the distribution activities across multiple territories for both divisions.
• This includes monitoring key financial cycles ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
• Key Responsibilities are Month-end / Quarter-end Financial reporting, Controllership and special projects, Statutory and Tax reporting and Governance.

This is a fulltime interim assignment for the duration of one year, working within a great team and even greater company.
