Personal data processed by High Quality
We process your personal data when you make use of our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.
Personal data includes the normal information contained in any CV provided to us: name, address, date of birth, education, description of prior working periods, employers, work performed, languages spoken and affinity with software. This data is supplemented by us with information you provide, such as salary range, the region in which you are seeking work, how many hours you want to work, the branch(es) you have experience in and your personal characteristics.
Candidates’ personal data is managed in a secured database in the cloud (Otys), and is only accessible by employees of High Quality by using a personal password. A processing agreement has been entered into with Otys.
Why High Quality processes personal data
- We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To handle your registration after you have applied for a role.
- To be able to call or email you to discuss a role further, as necessary.
- To inform you about other roles that might be of interest to you.
How long is your data stored by High Quality
Before we store your personal data in our database, you are first asked for permission by email. Your personal data will be registered for a period of one year, so that we can keep you informed about other, relevant and interesting roles.
If you request that we register your data in our system, by means of an open application or registration, then your data is registered for a maximum of one year.
If you do not want this and/or you are not eligible for the role you have applied for, then your data is deleted within 30 days.
Use of cookies
The High Quality website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on a PC, tablet or mobile telephone by an internet page. High Quality uses cookies on its website in order to:
- Test and improve our website according to user experience;
- Make it possible for our visitors to share our information via social media;
- Measure the effectiveness of our online marketing campaigns so that these better suit our visitors.
These cookies are anonymous and are not connected to a profile about you, so High Quality cannot trace this information back to an individual.
